The launch of the much-anticipated VIA at Braemar residential estate project was held on Sunday, November 3rd at the AC Marriott Hotel in Kingston. VIA at Braemar is a 10-storey, 99 mixed unit development with 51 studio apartments, 30 one-bedroom apartments and 18 two-bedroom apartments which will be built on Braemar Aavenue in New Kingston. The complex houses a reception area with concierge, landscaped lounges with north and south lookouts, a suspended rooftop pool that spans both sides of the building and a business and coffee centre. Developers Proven REIT recently posted advertisements in the local print media to announcing that all units have been sold. Caribbean Business Report sat down with chief architect at DDandA, David Douglas, to discuss the ambitious project.
