Sheree Martin will return to the National Commercial Bank (NCB) where she previously spent more than a decade.
The NCB Financial Group says Martin will be the General manager, Customer Experience and Organizational Health at its banking arm, NCB Jamaica, effective July 13.
The Group, in a note to the Jamaica Stock Exchange, said Martin has significant leadership experience and is known for “developing rounded leaders, driving organisational transformation and delivering business value.”
It continued that her return to the Bank is a continuation of its commitment to customers and inspiring people and culture.
Martin was previously part of the NCB team where she started as personal banking manager in 2001. Over her 12 year career there, she served in several posts including general manager, marketing and service delivery; general manager, customer experience and innovation; and chief executive officer of the NCB Foundation.
In 2014, Martin left the Bank to work at the Jamaica Public Service Company where she served as senior vice president for customer and corporate services then energy delivery and later business development before departing for New Fortress Energy, her most recent post, in 2019.
Martin holds a graduate degree in banking and finance from the University of the West Indies and is certified in executive education by the Harvard Business School.
